The Langholm Hotel has been in operation since 1996 and is the only private hotel in Walvis Bay with a three star rating.  Family owned and managed, the hotel prides itself  on personal touch and attention to detail. The Langholm Hotel is well situated within walking distance of the lagoon, a number of excellent restaurants as well as most major tour operators.  Offering a set 3-course dinner on a daily basis, and additional catering can be arranged with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

The Hotel offers 9 rooms en-suite with double bed, 4 rooms en-suite with twin beds and two family suites with kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. The two suites accommodate up to 4 and 6 people. Situated on the edge of the picturesque Walvis Bay Lagoon, a Ramsar site, the element of the sea is noticeable throughout the hotel. Flanking the main entrance are water features cascading down limestone-finished walls, and the marble floors reflect the colours of the Namib desert.

Accommodation comprises 47 twin en-suite rooms, a presidential suite and a room for the disabled. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct-dial telephones, modem access and mini-bars.

Aquarius Restaurant offers a fine dining experience, and for lighter meals the Neptune’s coffee shop is open 18 hours a day. Conference facilities, including state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, cater for up to 100 delegates. An interesting attraction is the daily pelican feed in front of the hotel at 09h00 every morning.
