8. PAYMENT
All rates are inclusive of VAT and or government taxes where applicable. Payment
in approved currency will be accepted at the rate of exchange of the bankers of
Angola Reservations at the time of the receipt of payment. Any shortfall
resulting in exchange fluctuations will be for the account of the customer as
well as any banking fees. Full payment must be made on receipt of invoice by
electronic funds transfer, credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD and DINERSCLUB only) or
cash.
9. GENERAL CANCELLATION
POLICY
All bookings subject to the cancellation policies of the various product and
service suppliers. As cancellation policies of the various product and service
suppliers vary in regard to cancellation fees the onus rest's on the customer to request and inform themselves as
to the corresponding cancellation policies. All refunds and modifications are
subject to a minimum 25% of the total booking amount handling fee or as
negotiated.
10. PRIVACY
Should this website collect private information from users, such information
shall not be disclosed to any third party unless agreed upon between the user
and Angola Reservations or through due legal process. Users agree that Angola
Reservations may, from time to time communicate with users.
11. SECURITY
Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this
website or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page on this web site
shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that Angola
Reservations suffers any damage or loss.
12. TERM AND TERMINATION
This agreement shall commence when the user registers on the
angolareservations.com website and continues indefinitely until terminated by
Angola Reservations. Angola Reservations may, in its sole discretion, change
this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
13. INSURANCE
Angola Reservations will not be liable for lack of travel insurance taken out by
the client in terms of national law or international law, or in the case of the
client not taking out travel insurance in the case of no legal requirements
demanding travel insurance.
14. VISA
The onus rests on the customer
to ensure that all related travel documents are in order for travel to Angola.
Angola Reservations will not be held liable for lack of appropriate travel
documents as for example the compulsory entrance Visa for Angola.
15. HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
In order to enter Angola all
visitors must be in possession of a certificate declaring they have been
vaccinated against yellow fever. During their stay visitors should take special
precautions to avoid mosquito bites and possible exposure to malaria. Extra care
should also be taken when drinking water and eating local tropical food. It is
advisable to drink only bottled water. Angola Reservations will not be held
liable for lack of the customers health precautions or health certificates.
16. DISPUTES
In the event of any dispute of any nature whatsoever arising between the parties
on any matter provided for in, or arising out of this agreement, such dispute
shall be resolved through a mediation and arbitration process agreed to by the
parties concerned.
17. GOVERNING LAW
This site is controlled and operated from the Republic of Namibia and therefore
governed by Namibian law
